Returns & exchanges
At MES49, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help with our returns and exchanges process.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1. Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
2.2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 2.3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate apparel, are exempt from being returned.
3. Return Process

3.2. Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
3.3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
4.1. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.
4.3. Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
5.1. Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
5.2. Process: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at mes49@mediaexpertsolution.com.
6. Legal Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
